1. Agreement Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between Quora Zenith, registered as Zenith Property Consultants Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and the client (“you” or “your”) for bespoke property sourcing services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

We agree to provide bespoke property sourcing services, including consultation, market research, property analysis, transaction facilitation, and aftercare services as detailed in the agreed-upon service proposal.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services will be as set out in our written proposal. Payment terms will be specified therein and shall be adhered to, with any late payments incurring additional charges.

4. Client Obligations

You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your investment preferences, financial situation, and any other information necessary for us to perform our services. You acknowledge that we rely on this information to provide accurate and appropriate services.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all information obtained during the execution of the service. Any breach of confidentiality will be treated as a violation of this agreement.

6. Liability Limitation

We will perform our services with reasonable care and skill, but we do not guarantee any specific results. Our liability for any loss or damage arising out of this agreement is limited to the amount of fees you have paid us.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, costs, damages, or liabilities arising out of the use or misuse of the sourced property, except to the extent that such liability arises from our negligence or breach of this agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any term of this agreement. Upon termination, all unpaid fees become immediately due.

9. Governing Law

This agreement and any dispute arising out of it will be governed by the laws and jurisdiction of England and Wales and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the England and Wales courts.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to you, and your continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the amended terms.

11. Miscellaneous

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or representations.

By engaging in our bespoke property sourcing services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
